Good introduction into matters, but leaves out many details - Hallo! The Vault Guide is a good introduction into i-banking spheres, however when it came to the interview itself in M&A (surely also other departments) the question were much more technical and go beyond overview questions of how a DCF works or how to calculate the cost of equity with the capital asset pricing model! Luckily I had two other great insider M&A valuation books that helped me to cover all the technical M&A details!
